There are 2 ways to collect data in the collection table:
The first is to enter the value and the percentage of uncertainty of your data directly in the corresponding column and row.
The second is to open the side panel to display all the information of a data item.
It opens by clicking onthen "Edit the data"
or by clicking on the name of the data in the table.
From here, you can enter the value but also the percentage of uncertainty of your data, add attachments, and write a comment to explain your entry.
It is also possible to mark the collection as "in the process of collection". This bookmark will allow you to return to the value later thanks to its status.
You can also indicate "I do not have this information"
In this case, the data will be considered collected but not with a value of 0. Thus, it will be excluded from the uncertainty calculation scope.
Regarding attachments, they are useful to justify the value of the collected data. You can provide several.
Various formats are accepted, but please prioritise PDF format.
The maximum size for an attachment is 20 MB
