Once your new project is created, the first step is to initialize a repository, that is, to build the structure of your project.
2 solutions are available to you:
create a repository from a catalog of Indicators
create a repository from a data model
To know the details of a repository from a CSRD indicator catalog, go here 👉 CSRD indicator catalogs
The second solution is to create a repository from a data model.
You will have the choice between:
a repository with an existing data model, that you have used for a previous project.
choose a model repository offered by Toovalu.
2 models are at your disposal -> Climate or CSR
Once you make your choice, you will have a visualization of your repository with all the Categories and Subcategories (Axis and Issues for CSR).
Below is an example of the Climate repository ⬇️
By clicking on "Next" you will be able to see all the data that has been generated automatically and that corresponds to this repository.
Then, simply click on "Create the project" to arrive at the collection template.
You can customize your template by adding data for the future collection (How to create a data item?)
This is where you will link a data item to collect to a category and an emission factor.
Once this collection template is in place, all that remains is to collect the data and analyze the company's carbon impact.
Know that if you want to modify your repository after initializing it, it is always possible. We explain everything here.
