It is possible to modify the reference framework set up in Toovalu. To do this, you need to go to the administration section of the tool and then to the relevant project.

Once you are in the repository, you have several options:
Edit existing items and/or sub-items
To edit existing items or sub-items, click on them to display a sidebar containing all the editable information.
Add a Post
To add a post, simply click the “Add a Post” button: A sidebar will open. You will need to enter a name, add an icon, and choose the color of the post, which will be used in the Analysis charts.
Add a sub-item
By clicking the “Add a sub-position” button for the relevant position, you can create sub-positions. A sidebar will open; you will need to enter the same information as when creating a position.
Organize the categories
This option allows you to choose which category will appear first in the Collection table. For example, if I place the “Travel” category first, all data for that category will appear first, followed by data for the “Energy” category, and so on. Simply use drag-and-drop to organize your categories.
ℹ️ In the edit pane for Items and Sub-items, you will see a button labeled “Visible in the Analysis and Management/Strategy section.”
This option is checked by default.
As the name suggests, this means that your Item or Sub-item will be displayed in the Analysis and Strategy tab on the tool side.
If you uncheck this option, it will not be visible, but the data within it will still be included in the calculation of your emissions. Be careful not to get confused when analyzing your results if not all Items are displayed.
