If you want to remove the assignment of a piece of data to an entity or restore it, this is possible in a few steps.
From the Admin section (red bar) you need to go to the relevant project and click on "Template"
You will then have access to all the data from the repository set up on the desired project.
Next, you need to display the column "Relevant entity·ies" using the button located at the top right of the table.
In your "Relevant entity·ies" column, you will then need to select the entities for this data or uncheck if you no longer wish to collect information for that entity.
If you wish to assign one or more entity·ies to multiple data, this is possible.
You will then need to select several rows by ticking them on the left of the table.
You will then see a list of actions displayed at the top of the table, and you will be able to choose the entities for all the rows you have selected.
If any data has been collected on an entity that you uncheck, a warning message will alert you that you might lose the concerned data by confirming the action.
