If you want to remove the assignment of a piece of data to an entity or restore it, this is possible in a few steps.

First, go to the organization and click on the "settings" button represented by a nut:

Then you will need to click on the line "Access projects".

You will then be on the page that allows access to all projects of your organization. You will be able to click on the button "Template" :

You will then have access to all data in the repository established for the desired project.

You will just need to click on the "edit" button of the data that interests you:

Small tips: if you hover your mouse over the number in the column "Number of concerned entity(ies)", the software will display the names of the entities that are assigned to the data!

Once on the data sheet, all that remains is to uncheck or check the concerned entity to modify the data assignment:

If any data has been collected on an entity that you uncheck, a warning message will alert you that you might lose the concerned data by confirming the action.
