To set up the entities on the collection lines, you have several options.
You can simply configure your entities manually by selecting them one by one. To do this, you can go to the "Affected Entities" dropdown menu and select the entities that suit you. You can also use the search bar to find the entity directly.
You can also use entity tags to save time. This assumes that you have properly configured the entity tags beforehand. When you click on the selected entity tag, it will automatically select the entities contained within that tag.
In the following example, the entities "Agen Store" and "Porto Store" both have the entity tag "Store". By clicking on "Store", the entities "Agen Store" and "Porto Store" are automatically checked.
You can delete one or more of the automatically selected entities at any time. However, if you want the entities to be selected again, you need to repeat the initial procedure. If you have deleted one or more entities from the entity tag, this will be indicated by an orange exclamation mark.
Note that if you want to remove entities from an entity tag, deleting the tag will not remove the entities. You will need to delete the entities one by one.
You can now efficiently set up the entities for your collection lines!
