How to easily set up the entities on my collection line?

You can simply set up your entities manually by selecting them one by one. To do this, you need to display the column "Entities concerned".

You can then select the entities concerned for this data in the table via a drop-down menu.

You can also use entity tags to save time. This assumes that you have correctly set up the entity tags beforehand on your project (👉 How to create tags on my project?)
You will then need to display the entity tag column in order to select the tag via a drop-down menu in the table.

You can assign one entity or an entity tag in bulk to several data items.
Simply select multiple data items in the template to have a list of actions displayed at the top of the table.
You can then select the entities and entity tags, and modifications will apply to all selected rows.
