When you are in the tools section, you can select the tab "Analysis".
From here, you have access to your indicator library, but you also have the option to create dashboards.
A dashboard allows you to group several indicators to have a synthetic view of a particular subject.
You can create several public dashboards for all your collaborators to access, but you can also create private dashboards visible only to you.
ℹ️ The creation and modification of a dashboard is possible for anyone with access to the tool except for users who have "Reader" access. This type of user will only be able to view public dashboards.
Creating a dashboard
You can go to the tab "My dashboards" and click on "Create a new dashboard".
A side panel will open so you can enter all the information for your dashboard:
The name of your dashboard + its translation if you have team members who use a different profile language.
ℹ️ Reminder: You must enter the name of your dashboard in the project’s default language.
Check the box if you want to create a private dashboard
Select the indicators that will make up your dashboard.
The list of all your indicators is displayed, but you can search by category / subcategory (CSR Focus Area / Issue) or type the name of your metric directly into the search bar.
Once you've selected your metrics, all you have to do is click “Add” to create your dashboard.
Setting up a dashboard
Settings
Organize the dashboard: Allows you to reorder the indicators. Simply select an indicator and drag it.
Edit the dashboard: Opens the dashboard editing pane to change the name or the selected indicators.
Delete: Delete your dashboard.
Filter: Apply a global filter to all indicators on your dashboard.
Export: Export the list of indicators from your dashboard along with the formulas and results.
ℹ️ You can change the view of the metrics on your dashboard and switch to “list” mode. This will give you access to various pieces of information directly from a table (N-1 value, Change, Metric tag, etc.).
