When you are in the tools section (green banner), you can select the tab "Analysis".
From here, you have access to your indicator library, but you also have the option to create dashboards.
A dashboard allows you to group several indicators to have a synthetic view of a particular subject.
You can create several public dashboards for all your collaborators to access, but you can also create private dashboards visible only to you.
ℹ️ The creation and modification of a dashboard is possible for anyone with access to the tool except for users who have "Reader" access. This type of user will only be able to view public dashboards.
Below are the steps for creating a dashboard
You can go to the tab "My dashboards" and click on "Create a new dashboard".
You will then need to name your dashboard and provide the desired translations if you have collaborators who use a different profile language.
ℹ️ reminder: you must provide the name of your dashboard in the project's default language.
💡By checking the "Private" box, you will then be the only person to access this dashboard. You will also be the only person able to make changes to it later.
Once the name of your dashboard is provided, you will enter the interface that allows you to choose which indicator you want to add to this dashboard. To do this, simply check the box on the left of each indicator.
You can filter your indicators by categories to find them more easily or type the indicator's name directly in the search bar.
Once you have chosen your indicators, all you need to do is "Save" your dashboard.
Your dashboard is now created!
You can access it from the dashboards home page, where you will find public and private dashboards.
If you wish to modify them, you need to click on your dashboard, then on the cogwheel icon at the top right next to the number of indicators
You then have the choice between:
Organising the dashboard (choosing the display order of your indicators)
Choosing your indicators (adding and/or removing)
Modifying the settings (renaming your dashboard and/or enabling/disabling privacy)
Deleting it
Here is all the information to create/edit/delete your dashboards!
