How to modify a campaign that has been closed?

For various reasons you may need to modify the reference of a closed campaign (for example, integrating history if you have integrated new entities within your organisation)


In this article (The different statuses of a campaign) we detail that closing a campaign is not without consequence and that once closed there are certain pieces of information that you will not be able to modify.
This is the case for:

  • Tags on the data already collected

  • The categorization which a data point belongs to

However, you have the option to add certain information if your project was not complete at the time of closing the campaign.
It is important to take into account that any changes made to a closed campaign will be effective only on that campaign.
The other campaigns in your project that are not closed will not be impacted by these changes.

To modify a closed campaign, you need to go to the "Campaigns" tab in the admin part of the tool.


From there, you can click on the three dots to the left of the table on the line for the corresponding campaign and select “Edit xxxx.”


From here you can make certain modifications:

  • add entities

  • add/modify indicators

  • add categories and sub-categories to the framework

  • add data in the template

  • add tags

If you modify your template by adding data, for example, you can add the corresponding values to the collection.
