As a pilot, you have the option to add new members to your organization. To do this, you must go to your organization's homepage and then click on the members list.
You can then click on "Add a member".
You can then fill in the name, email, organization, and the member's language that you want to add. At the end of this step, an email will be sent to the member in question so they can create their access.
💡Good to know: the link that will be sent to the person to access the tool and create their password will be valid for 24 hours only.
There is one last step. As a pilot, you can grant permissions.
Here are the 3 types of access you can give to your members:
Access Pilot: this access allows access to the administration section, and thus will have a view of all projects and can impact their structure. It should not be given to just anyone!
Access Collector: this access allows access only to the tool section. This is the preferred access for contributors who have access to data of your organization, but whose role is only to enter them into the tool.
You can also limit them to seeing one or several projects, certain entities, and/or tags that you would have set up in advance.Access Reader: you can give this access to people who do not contribute to the project itself, but who are interested in the view. This is also the type of access that is usually given to auditors. Like Collectors, you can assign them a project, and within that project, it is possible to assign entities and tags. This allows you to restrict the data they have access to.
You can also remove access from one of your members by clicking on the trash icon in the list of members of your organization.
You will then just need to confirm your choice by entering the email address of the member in question.
⚠️ Attention this action is irreversible. You will need to create a new member if you accidentally delete the access of one of your colleagues.
