To add entities to your Organization, you must have access to the Admin part of Toovalu Impact.
On the Projects page, you will find a tab titled "Entities"
You will then arrive on a page that will allow you to add or remove entities:
When you create an entity, you can select the data associated with it. By opening the dropdown menu, you can choose to select all the data in your template or select only a portion of the data, whichever you prefer.
If you have created entity tags from the Tags tab, you can assign them to the entity as soon as it is created.
It is important to note that it is impossible to delete an entity if it has one or more values collected in the tool.
