Improvement - Data Export Climate Module

Do you want to declare your carbon assessment on the ADEME platform? Would you like to declare your carbon assessment on the ADEME platform?

This update will allow you to extract your carbon assessment carried out in Toovalu Impact in the BEGES® (v4) format for simplified declaration!
To discover this feature, go to the Climate module, in the Collection space.
In the dropdown menu that allows exporting the data template, a new export appears "Export in consolidated BEGES format" showing consolidated emissions by BEGES® categories for a simplified declaration on the ADEME platform.

[features only accessible to users with a pilot, partner, or administrator role]
The default categorization does not suit your project, or you are using BEGES not from ADEME, it is now possible, from the Collection Template in the admin interface, to "Configure for regulatory export. This page allows you to verify, and modify if necessary, the BEGES categories associated with the data (broken down by item).

A first step towards version 5 of BEGES®:
In the Climate module, in the Collection space, the detailed export now includes an additional column, allowing the display of BEGES v5 categories associated with the data. This categorization is also verifiable and editable via the admin interface.
A first step towards version 5 of BEGES®, which will soon be complemented with a consolidated export as for V4.

⭐ New feature - Custom Climate Dashboards

The analysis spaces of the Climate and CSR modules are harmonizing! In the Climate module you can now create your own indicators and visualize them in your custom dashboards.

Two new tabs in the Climate module Analysis: "My dashboards" and "Library". Refine the analysis of your carbon assessment:

  • Create new indicators [accessible only for pilots and partners]

  • Creation of dashboards: creating thematic dashboards from the indicators configured in the library

    Improvement - Parameterization of indicators

The parameterization of indicators relocates to the User space.

No more back and forth between the admin space and Analysis! To facilitate the use of your data and the implementation of your indicators, everything now happens in the Analysis space (Climate and CSR).

A single space to parameterize, preview, update your indicators and use them in your custom dashboards:

    • "Create an indicator": from the analysis tab > library tab, create your indicators [accessible only for pilots and partners]

    • A new creation/modification form that allows you to preview your indicator [accessible only for pilots and partners]

    • A new type of calculation: The possibility to configure average type indicators

⭐ New feature - Action plan

In the Climate module, the action plan space is equipped with new features to allow you to define your reduction actions at the level of your entities. This new feature will allow you to define an action for all or a selection of entities.

The action creation form has also been redesigned to make it easier for you to select the data relevant to the action.

A new "Comment" field will allow you to centralize the calculation assumptions, source, and justification.

Improvement - Accessibility

We aim to develop a tool accessible to all our users. This is why we regularly work on the visual elements of the tool, such as the colors of the interface. In this update, there is a color change to ensure better readability.

Save time on configuring your upcoming projects with new features related to the reference systems!

⭐ New feature - Re-use a reference system

[features only accessible to users with the partner and administrator roles]

You spent time configuring your last client's reference system. A new project is starting, and you would like to avoid redoing a configuration from scratch as the project is very similar to the last project completed. If you have already encountered this issue, this new feature is for you: at the project's initialization, you now have the option to choose a reference system from all the reference systems already established in your other organizations.

No changes to the model reference systems, you still have the option to initialize your project from a reference system proposed by Toovalu.

Improvement - Model Reference System

[features only accessible to users with the administrator role]

In the library space > model reference system, you now have the option to define the status of each model reference system. This will allow you, as a pilot, to finalize the parameterization of the reference systems without them being visible to partners and pilots. Or to set to "Inactive" status the reference systems you wish to archive. Only the "Active" reference systems will be proposed at the initialization of projects.

Below is an example of a reference system defined as "Active": "The model reference system will be visible to everyone." Pilots and partners will then be able to re-use this reference system during the initialization of their projects.

Improvement - Restructuring Emission Factors

[features only accessible to users with the partner role]

In a logic of continuous improvement, we launched partner RETEX workshops on the ADMIN this summer. Many of you requested improvements in the search for emission factors.

We have taken your feedback into account, here are the results of the first restructuring works of our emission factors library:

  • Search keywords: defining keywords facilitating the search for EF

  • Comment: the justification of the assumptions is now mandatory to ensure the traceability and reliability of EF (e.g.: description of EF calculation, reference source, assumptions, etc.)

  • Your dedicated space for managing sources is still present, to access it, it will now be on the right side of your screen.

[features only accessible to users with the administrator role]

Two new management spaces:

  • Manage units

  • Manage geographical locations
